This is a relocation and renovation project of a bakery located in southern Osaka prefecture. The wide opening allows for greater visibility along the high traffic street. This shows the bakery’s openness and attractiveness to the community. The existing large pent-roof and curtains hanging from the pent-roof prevent direct sunlight from reaching the products. Inside of the bakery, the length and height of openings between the retail floor and the kitchen were adjusted for unobstructed views for customers and employees alike.
