SG Building

This is a 3-storied building that is for mixed usage of office space and warehouse in Higashiosaka. The basin (core) area is covered by a staircase with 3 layers of office and warehouse use. The client wants to have flexible, multipurpose spaces for the future. So that, it is able to have open spaces with the same rule, even though there may be difference of regulations in each area and floor.
