A tower-shaped hotel located on a narrow plot of land between Ueno and Asakusa, both of which are popular with tourists. Although the building has been designated as having a high floor area ratio, the surrounding roads are narrow and the road has severe diagonal lines, so the building’s shape appears to have been carved out in consideration of the sky area ratio.
Although the building has a distorted plan, the plan was designed to meet the client’s requirements by devising the shape of the furniture inside the guest rooms.
