大阪府南部にある地域に密着した店舗の移転改修計画。交通量の多い通りに面して大きな開口部を設けて店舗内部を可視化し、地域に対して開放姓をアピールしている。既存の大きな庇や、庇に吊るしたカーテンが、日差しによる商品へのダメージを防ぐ。店舗内部でも、売り場と厨房を視線が行き来できるよう、売り場と厨房間の開口部の大きさや高さ決めた。

This is a relocation and renovation project of a bakery located in southern Osaka prefecture. The wide opening allows for greater visibility along the high traffic street. This shows the bakery’s openness and attractiveness to the community. The existing large pent-roof and curtains hanging from the pent-roof prevent direct sunlight from reaching the products. Inside of the bakery, the length and height of openings between the retail floor and the kitchen were adjusted for unobstructed views for customers and employees alike.
