SGビルディング（大阪府東大阪市、２０２２年竣工、鉄骨造、地上３階建て）
SG Building (completed in 2022, steel structure, 3 storeys, Higashiosaka, Osaka)

東大阪市に建つ３階建ての倉庫兼オフィスの計画。水廻り（コア）を階段室で覆って、そこに寄り添うように性格の違う倉庫やオフィスをシンプルに３層積み重ねた。施主からは、限定的な使い方を避けて、将来にわたりフレキシブルな対応ができる建物を求められた。そのため、場所や階毎に法規制は違えど、同じルールで開口部を設ける等の工夫を凝らした。

This is a 3-storied building that is for mixed usage of office space and warehouse in Higashiosaka. The basin (core) area is covered by a staircase with 3 layers of office and warehouse use. The client wants to have flexible, multipurpose spaces for the future. So that, it is able to have open spaces with the same rule, even though there may be difference of regulations in each area and floor.
